Return and Refund Policy – HRX Srl

1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to return one or more non-customized products within 14 days of delivery, as indicated on the shipping document or invoice.

Returned products must be in perfect condition and include:

  • all accessories and manuals
  • original packaging
  • intact seals and warranty certificates (if applicable)

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please complete the form available at: hrxtech.eu/pages/contact.

Do not ship any product until you receive confirmation and authorization.

Once your request is approved, you will receive:

  • a return authorization code
  • a label to affix to the package
  • detailed instructions for the return process

Refunds

A refund will be issued after verifying the integrity of the returned items, using the same payment method selected at checkout (unless otherwise requested).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Customized Products

Made-to-measure or customized products cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with current regulations.

If there are production errors or discrepancies with the confirmed order, please contact us. We will review the case to find an appropriate solution.

Returns for Defects or Errors

If you receive a damaged item or one that differs from your order, you are entitled to a free replacement.

Please report the issue with photos and your order number to info@hrxtech.eu.

After verification, you will receive return instructions. If the product is unavailable for replacement, a full refund will be issued, including shipping costs.

Note: if the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment or accepting it with reservation.

Final Notes

We reserve the right to reject returns that are:

  • not authorized in advance
  • non-compliant with the stated requirements

Items that do not meet return conditions will be shipped back to the sender at their expense.
