1. Return and Cancellation Procedure
To request a return or refund, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, simply log in to your personal account area and automatically submit a return request for the item or a cancellation request for the order placed.
Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team for immediate assistance and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Personalized Products
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with applicable regulations.
In the event of manufacturing defects or discrepancies from the confirmed order, please contact us. We will review the case and work to find an appropriate solution.
2. Right of Cancellation
The customer may request the cancellation of an order without providing any reason, up until the item has been processed for shipment, and only for non-personalized products.
3. Right of Return
Customers have the right to return one or more non-personalized products within 14 days of delivery, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Returned products must be in perfect condition and include:

all accessories and manuals;

the original packaging;

intact seals and warranty certificates (where applicable).

4. Refunds
The refund will be issued after verification of the condition and integrity of the returned items, using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase (unless otherwise requested).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases involving defective or incorrectly supplied products.
5. Returns for Defects or Errors
If you receive a damaged item or an item different from the one ordered, you are entitled to a free replacement.
Please report the issue by providing your order number via email at info@hrxtech.eu or through our contact page.
After verification, you will receive return instructions. If the product is no longer available for replacement, a full refund will be issued, including shipping costs.
Note: If the package shows visible damage upon delivery, we recommend that you refuse the shipment or accept it with reservation.
