At HRX, we ship worldwide with punctuality and precision. We collaborate with the best national and international couriers to ensure that every order arrives at its destination in perfect condition and within the expected time frame.
All shipments are trackable: you will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.
HRX is a made-to-order production company: this means that many of our items are not immediately available in stock, but are made at the time of the order. This process may result in slightly longer waiting times, but it allows us to guarantee high-quality standards, with a handcrafted process that is carefully detailed. Each piece is designed, crafted, and created as if it were unique, offering you a product that not only meets high-quality standards but also tells the value of "made to order".
If the item is not available for immediate delivery, production may take up to 5 weeks, after which the product will be handed over to the courier for shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated based on various factors, including the destination country, weight, and overall volume of the package, as well as the shipping method selected during checkout. To ensure transparency and accuracy, the system automatically calculates the exact cost at the time of the order, and this will be clearly indicated in the shopping cart before proceeding with payment.
All customs duties, import taxes, and applicable tariffs are the responsibility of the final customer. These costs, which are not included in the price of the item or shipping fees, may vary based on the current regulations of the destination country.
When the goods arrive at the local customs office, payment of such fees may be required before the package is delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to inquire in advance with the customs authorities of their country to be aware of any additional charges that may apply.
HRX Srl is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs inspections or local taxes. In the event of a delivery refusal due to non-payment of customs duties, shipping and return fees will be deducted from any potential refund.

Each HRX shipment is accompanied by a tracking number. You will receive an email with a link to track your order in real time. You can also check the status directly from your HRX account.
If you're experiencing issues with the delivery of your order — for example, unexpected delays, inability to track the package, or if the courier has marked the delivery as complete but you haven't received anything — we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.
Our team is available to check the status of the shipment, initiate any investigations with the courier, and provide you with timely updates. Please use the contact form on our website, specifying the order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond as soon as possible to help resolve the situation in the shortest time possible.
Start the return process: Visit our returns section and enter the order number and the email address used for the purchase. This will allow us to locate your order and proceed quickly with processing your return or exchange request.
Note: Please note that returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. The returned product must be in perfect condition, unused, and with all original labels and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged item or one that differs from your order, you are entitled to a free replacement.

After verification, you will receive return instructions. If the product is unavailable for replacement, a full refund will be issued, including shipping costs.
Note: if the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment or accepting it with reservation.
